By making a financial contribution to Floridians for a Thriving Aviation Economy through this website, you explicitly represent and warrant that:

  • The contribution is made from your own personal funds or authorized corporate funds, and not those of another person or entity.

  • You acknowledge that contributions are used for political purposes and are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Legal Notice: All contributions are subject to the limitations, prohibitions, and reporting requirements of Chapter 106, Florida Statutes. You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information (including your legal name, address, occupation, and employer) as required by law for political committee disclosures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
